We inform you that in order to carry out business with their customers and registered users, Ceramica Colli di Sassuolo S.p.A. collects information regarding them, also acquired verbally, directly or through third parties that may be considered “personal data” according to legislative decree. no. 196/2003 (known as the “Privacy code”).

We process personal data and e-mail addresses that are required for us to conduct our business with those who voluntarily request information and/or to register to our newsletter and update services regarding the content of the website. Generally, we do not process any data deemed to be of a sensitive or judicial nature pursuant to article 4, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. Should it be necessary to process this type of data, we will ask for your consent before doing so.

The data collected (name, surname, mobile phone number, province of residence, topics of interest, etc.) and e-mail address, are processed for the purpose of providing the service i.e. the periodic sending of technical and commercial information related to our business sector, updates regarding offers or new content of the website www.casabellaceramiche.it and social media channels on which we are present. The data will be processed for the entire duration of the relationship, until revoked.

Article 7 – Right to access personal data and other rights

 

  1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, even if this data has not yet been recorded and the communication of such data in an intelligible form.
  2. The data subject has the right to obtain information regarding:
    a) the source of the personal data;
    b) the purposes and methods of the data processing;
    c) the logic applied to the processing if it is carried out with the aid of electronic means;
    d) the identity of the data controller, data processors and the designated representative as indicated in  article 5, comma 2;
    e) entities or categories of entity to whom or which the data may be communicated to or who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative within the country, data processors or persons in charge of data processing.
